Founded in 1991 by the Late MM Rai – an insurance industry veteran for 50+ years – Federal Insurance Brokers LLC (FISCO) is a Dubai-based insurance brokerage firm with branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. For over three decades, we have been involved in mitigating risks posed by today’s ever-changing business environment. Our product portfolio spans a wide spectrum of insurance products, from personal to commercial, specialist, life, medical, and beyond.

About the Founder

The Late MM Rai was a leader in the insurance business for more than five decades. He was the Chairman of M.R. Development & Commercial Co. Ltd (Cyprus), which held the Insurance General Agency of:

• The Baloise Insurance Co. Ltd,. a Swiss Company. In 1975, Rai established the General Agency of this company in the Sultanate of Oman.

• Assurance Generales De France IART & VIE – of which he established the General Agency at United Arab Emirates in the year 1977.

Following the untimely passing of our Chairman Mr. M.M Rai, FISCO’s legacy was transferred to his wife, Mrs. Vani M Rai, and nephews Mr. Ashok Rai and Mr. Dewakara Alva. Combined, they bring over 100 years of experience and insurance industry knowledge.
